Chronic Fatigue – Weariness, Exhaustion

Weariness, fatigue and exhaustion are problems which cause a person to be unable to continue working , due total loss of physical and mental energy.
The symptoms are: loss of appette, apathy, lack of energy, depression, melancholy and body aches.
The most frequent causes are:
·         Excessive stress

·         Loss of sleep

·         Poor diet and nutrition

·         Intestinal infection

·         Diabetes or EBV virus ( a type of herpes)

·         Anemia

·         Hypoglycemia (lack of sugar in the blood)

·         Hypothyroidism, improper functioning of the thyroid, and therefore of the metabolism which must assimilate foods in order to convert them into useful energy.
When we want to increase our energy level, the first thing do is prepare ourselves a strong cup of coffee with a good measure of sugar. It’s true, our energy rapidly increase due to the fact that coffee stimulates the central nervous system, which in turn orders the suprarenal glands to secrete a dose of adrenaline. This causes the heart to beat faster and carry more oxygen to the different body tissues.
In every cell there is a component called the mitochondrion responsible for combining glucose (sugar in the blood) with oxygen and thus producing energy, carbon dioxide and water. The result of drinking coffee with refined sugar will produce energy almost instantly and cause you to feel that your fatigue quickly disappears. The downside with this method is that the very same remedy will be the cause of your fatigue.

Suggested Daily Intake Of Supplements:

Gastritis, Colitis, Ulcer

Gastritis is the swelling and irritation of the stomach membranes and colitis is the swelling of the colon membranes. An ulcer is the irritation in the stomach wall.
A gastric ulcer is a wound in the stomach walls or in the small intestine.
Symptoms:
Dyspepsia (bad digestion), vomiting, headaches, a burning sensation and discomfort. In the case of an ulcer, a discomfort or pain is felt in the pit of the stomach. On the other hand, if alcohol or hot peppers are ingested, the pain will increase two or three hours later.
With severe ulcers an acidic vomiting or bleeding can occur. The excrement may be black in colour from the blood in it.
The main causes are: excess alcohol and coffee, fried and spicy dishes, and excessive stress. When gastritis persists it causes gastric ulcers. It is also caused (Principally in duodenum) by an infection due to bacteria Helicobacter Pylori.

·         Eliminate spices, hot peppers (chilli), alcohol and coffee, fried and other irritating dishes as well as aspirin.

·         The following food is recommended: milk, cream, cheese, oatmeal and bananas. Some bland foods like hard boiled eggs, boiled potatoes, and pasta soups with crackers are also recommended. What causes depression?

There is no single cause of depression. Instead, depression results from a combination of genetic, biochemical, environmental, and psychological factors. Depression can run in families, and usually starts between the ages of 15 and 30. Possible reasons why a person may become depressed include:

Chemical imbalance - Changes in the brain chemistry

Family history - Depression can be genetically inherited; however, depression can also occur in people with no family history

Hormonal factors
- Particularly true for women, depression can be caused by or experienced during menstrual cycle changes, pregnancy, miscarriage, postpartum period, perimenopause, and menopause

Medical illness - illnesses such as stroke, heart attack, cancer can provoke a period of depression

Stress - Stressful situations at work or home may trigger depression

Trauma - Loss of a loved one, or a traumatic experience such as abuse or disaster may provoke or cause depression.

Although depression is more common in women than in men, men experience depression too. Many people experience seasonal affective disorder during the winter months. And depression is one of the characteristic exhibited during bipolar disorder.

Depression Symptoms

People with depressive illnesses do not all experience the same symptoms. The severity, frequency and duration of symptoms will vary depending on the individual and his or her particular illness. Depression symptoms can also manifest differently by individual or can appear differently in the same person over time. As depression is a common but serious illness, it's important to note the following signs of depression early so that you or a loved one can seek diagnosis.

Severe pain from depression may seem too overwhelming to cope with, but extreme times and severe symptoms of depression don't last forever. People do make it through self-injury or suicidal thoughts. Common reasons for self injury include:

Avoiding, distraction from, or holding back strong feelings

Halitosis – Bad Breath

Halitosis is an unpleasant smell of breath and mouth.

Cause: This may be caused by lack of oral hygiene, an incorrect diet, infection in the throat, nose, gums or because of excessive smoking or drinking. In some cases diabetes causes this problem, as well as the presence of some poison in the body like lead, arsenic or methane.

Most of the time bad breath is due to bad digestion which causes putrefied material to remain in the stomach; this in turn produces gas which is expelled through the breath.

Suggested treatment:
In addition to daily oral hygiene the following is recommended: Fast for 1 to 3 days on orange juice with AloeVera Juice, at the same time taking  a soft laxative -  the intake of yoghurt  improves the intestinal flora. If you feel that your mouth odour is strong, consult your dentist. Thyme and chlorophyll are excellent for digestion and good breath.

Menstruation – Premenstrual Syndrome (Cramps)

Menstruation and premenstrual syndrome are phenomena in which women have vaginal bleeding during regular periods of about 28 days.

During the period prior to menstruation women have a series of alterations in their organic and psychological physiology which produce strong changes in their temperament.

The most frequent symptoms in certain people, but not in general are:

·         Depression

·         A sharp pain in the abdomen (cramps)

·         Headaches

·         Acne

·         Muscular cramps

·         Water retention

·         Insomnia

·         Abdominal swelling

·         Nervousness

·         Fatigue

·         Pain in the joints

·         Negative changes in personality (easily irritated, depressed, crying, etc.)

The main cause of these symptoms is a hormonal imbalance which occurs due to the excessive level of estrogen in comparison to the progesterone level, in addition to a decrease of blood sugar (hypoglycaemia).

Cramps: during menstruation the body produces some hormones called prostaglandins which stimulate the uterus muscles to contract and expel menstrual waste. This produces cramps.

The suggested treatment for cramps is:

The intake of multi-vitamins and minerals; especially calcium and magnesium
An adequate diet and daily exercise

The following food should be reduced in the diet: salt (it causes water retention), alcohol, coffee, cigarette, red meats such as pork and beef, and canned foods.

Drink plenty of water with Aloe Vera juice before and after menstruation. This will help reduce inflammation greatly and avoid pain

·         Rigorously avoid constipation.

·         Put a bag of warm water on the stomach. This will help reduce inflammation as well as allow the blood to flow, thus relaxing the muscles.

·         Rub the abdomen with warm Aloe Vera and eucalyptus cream. This reduces inflammation and relieves pain.

Suggested Daily Intake Of Supplements:
·         Forever Royal Jelly – Contains vitamin B-Complex. Helps to prevent nervousness or stress.

·         Nature-Min – Needed for the proper composition and body function

·         Aloe Vera Gel (Juice) – Anti-inflammation, pain inhibitor, energizer, digestive, nutritious.
